I Love Pizza.

Couple of days ago I bought a frozen pizza in a market close to my house in Harlem. I ate just an half of it and after 5 minutes my stomach started and hurt me. Here are the pizza's ingredients. Amazing.

  • CRUST: (enriched wheat flour [blanched wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], water, yeast [yeast, starch, sorbitan monostearate, ascorbic acid], soybean oil [soybean oil, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, soy lecithin, dimethil polysiloxane, TBHQ and citric acid {dimethyl polysiloxane in propylene glycol added as preservative}], dextrose, salt, sorbic acid [sorbic acid, hydrogenerated cottonseed oil, monoglycerides], calcium propionate, fumaric acid with partially hydrogenated soybean oil, potassium sorbate)
  • IMITATION MOZZARELLA CHEESE: (water, partially hydrogenated soybean oil with citric acid, casein, modified food starch, dehydrated mozzarella cheese [cheese {milk, culture, rennet, salt}, milk solids, disodium phosphate], milk proteine concentrate, contains 2% or less of: sodium aluminium phosphate, salt, lactic acid, disodium phosphate, artificial mozzarella flavor [modified corntarch, corn maltodextrin, lipolyzed butter fat, artificial flavors, flavors], sorbic acid, beta carotene blend [soybean oil, corn oil, beta carotene, vitamin A palmitate])
  • WATER,
  • TOMATO PASTE,
  • PIZZA SEASONING: (salt, sugar, onion powder, spices, xanthan and guar gum, garlic powder, potassium sorbate, citric acid, tricalcium phosphate and soybean oil)
  • MODIFIED FOOD STARCH.
Can you believe it? I assure that I exactly copied what's wrote behind the packaging. I suggest you to check on wikipedia what kind of chemical ingredients are the ones you just read, someones are used to make adesives too, anyway, on wiki you'll find everything, and, believe me, it will impress you!!
Please read everyone of the ingredients before eating something or before giving something to eat to your kids. Thank you for your time and attention.
